Those are just MP3 files being served raw, meant to be downloaded, archived, put in libraries, played on your gadget of choice, whatever. Just playing them in a browser window like that is Not The Intended Use, and I don't know what might be messing with it - any little disruption of traffic at either end or anywhere in between could trip it up, particularly if you're not pausing and letting it buffer the files. If it can't download at more than a second's worth of audio per second, obviously, it's not gonna play right. TLDR: Not a DNS problem so much as a streaming-is-for-suckers problem. :) --G. -><- Benjamin D.
