No, I expect he'll keep it. (There's even an oblique reference to the World Wide Building early in the movement, when Utena remarks that they'll need a bigger yard, and Corwin notes that in New Avalon they haven't got a yard at all, but plenty of roof.) Some remodeling may be in order, but that's why he never rented out the fourth floor.

Besides, anyone who's played an Elder Scrolls game can tell you that you can never have houses in too many towns. :)
