Trey J: Well sir, I got these orders out of the blue from some arrogant SOB named Drake and needed to confirm if he can really do that.

Quinn: And you felt the need to ask in person.

Trey J: Umm, yessir. He seemed the type who not only could, but would mess with message traffic if it served his purpose.

Quinn: No comment, Commander. Sadly, he's worse than Jim Kirk ever was about pulling stunts totally beyond the rules and still coming out smelling like a rose. So go ahead and work with him, just be carefull and keep your back covered.
