   I feel like they'd both be pretty easy- Doki being a bounty hunter, those are a dime a dozen in UF. Maybr do something with her crazy instincts and reflexes (see her Street Fighter tournament arc last year) to give it an interesting twist.

As for Mint, I admit I haven't watched her as much, so I don't know any of her quirks well enough to play off of, but the general idea of a "ghost maid" knocking around one of the weirder corners of New Avalon seems reasonable.
