   I really, REALLY don't want to open a big debate on this, so all I'm going to say is that I've gotten to see a LOT of the ins and outs thanks to having friends employed at various levels of the system, and my wife's health issues demanding a lot of care.

I've seen some truly incredible highs? But I've also seen some jaw dropping lows, and unfortunately in my experience the latter has been much more frequent.
