Physically I'm fully recovered. Mentally I'm still figuring out what to do and not do, but that's a process they say can take up to two years, so I'm some semblance of on track with that too, I think. There are a lot of unforeseen side tracks something like this can take (like the fact that restaurants have absolutely nothing sized for this digestive reality unless you dip into the kiddie menu, and sometimes not even then).
