   The idea of Shipgirls in Valhalla got me thinking. And then I chanced upon it.

There is a fanartist who is doing illustrations, mainly of the Kreigsmarine girls, as fantasy heroes.

Sure, Graf Zepplin has guns. But then consider that her Carrier rigging is controlled by the control interface for a card based arcade game. (Not unlike the arcade version of Kancolle, really...)
