It's really too bad that the pinpoint barrier doesn't seem to exist in UF at this point (does it show up along with the YF-19 and YF-21? I forget). Otherwise, the lack of ammo would be less of a problem. Yes, I am an unabashed fan of the Barrier Punch. |

Remember that the SDF-1 could do it because of the twin terrors of 1) the big ol' engines and 2) Emil Lang Is A Crazy-Mad Scientist. I am unsure a smaller vehicle could generate that kind of thing at that time. In the FI era, I'm sure there's some kind of refit that'll let it work. -- Geoff Depew - Darth Mephron Haberdasher to Androids, Dark Lord of Sith Tech Support. "And Remember! Miranda's story amuses me, possibly because I enjoy one being pulled over on her, and her getting to be a little older and wiser once it's all done. The migrant fleet reminds me I really wanted to spend more time there in the games, see more of it. Although how the hell they got a Star Destroyer... for some reason, I see a lot of Bumas being AI Hacked during the theft. Clan 'Zorah makes it appearance, and they get to be rather awesome in the process, if just for the verbal smackdown the admiral gets to apply while Tali is pulling an Utena. Vision and Gryph's banter during the dogfight was brilliant. Gonna be sorry to see this end, but it's been a fun ride! Matrix Dragon, J. Random Nutter |
