They figured out ways of making it work. :)
(When she first started making the show she did still bleach her hair, but by the time she made her way back from the alternate universe she'd long since given that up. Still hasn't been ginger, though. The closest she's come was the time she saw a color called Crimson Disaster on a stylist's menu and couldn't resist trying it.)
