B) Less flippantly than my previous response, and for what it's worth, Toph isn't depicted as her canonical Avatar: The Last Airbender age in Toph Loves Corwin (or, for that matter, in Try, Try Again). Since her arrival in Valhalla, for reasons she chooses not to examine closely, she appears to be around 16.
C) But my previous response does still hold, given that the UF version was born in 2206 and died sometime before 2289. :)
