What a ride!Frankly, you had me alternately grinning madly, humming and outright singing through better part of this episode. What can I say; I'm a fool for big ole rock spectacles! :)
That being said, it's quite a fitting ending to the thing you've been building up in first four parts (plus the side-stories)... And what a build-up it's been! Maybe a bit of a torture, knowing that you have to wait another day to read the next installment -- but good, all the same, and well worth it.
(EDIT: Silly me... I meant to add that the fifth part just left me speechless - the way you transferred the sense of awe about the immense size of the sphere in words... but I apparently forgot about it)
I'd call this experiment (if that's what it was) a success, in my book at least... I don't know how easy/hard it is to do stories like this, but either way I'd like to see more done this way... and I think I'm not the only one. :)
Excellent work, you guys.
