   Looking forward to this.

Question: 59° 54' 45" N, 26° 15' 44" E is not the location of Petrograd (in context I'm assuming this is the city usually known as St. Petersburg in English), it's four degrees due west, in the middle of the Gulf of Finland. Is that intentional? A way of expressing just how far Eila got blown off course?
