Might be worth looking into one >of these days, because I'm pretty sure I know someone who knows >someone who could fix that stock. Update: Today I mailed ATF Form 1, Application to Make and Register a Firearm, seeking authorization to make an SBR out of my PPS43 by having the stock repaired. I'm given to understand that processing on these things can take up to a year, so I'm not likely to have an answer anytime soon, but I will at least know when the charge for the NFA tax hits my MasterCard. (Not sure if they charge that at the beginning of the process or the end.) --G. -><- Benjamin D.
