Heh, it's always in exactly the same place: parked out in front of the Vault Reserve building in Steel Canyon.

Long before it became Vault Reserve - and before they knocked down my favorite Clock-hunting spot in the zone to build the University - I spotted the car there, took note of its color, and declared it Prof's car, assuming that the building in question was the Paragon U physics building, or possibly an office building affiliated therewith. :)
