It did okay, at first. It was your basic German brewpub, lots of food with "wurst" and "brat" in "schnitzel" in the name. A wide selection of beers obviously. They took in Stuka and let her tend bar, partly out of pity.

One day after Spitfire dropped by and groused about how "you can't get a decent breakfast in France, seriously, it's all croissants and coffee, I miss my full English dammit" Me 109 had a brilliant idea: 24 hour breakfast. Real breakfasts, none of that "I'll just have a muffin" bullshit.

And that's how Luftwaffles was born.
