Also the runway is short (for modern passenger 'planes) with "sea" (actually mostly reefs) on either end and the prevailing wind patterns mean that you're bound to have a crosswind somewhere on the runway (the wind tends to blow around the Rock itself, which the runway is tangential to). I wouldn't fly there. S. |
