It did have the 230-cubic-inch straight six in it, yes, although it's worth noting that even the most powerful V8 available in the Chevelle in '73 only had 245 horsepower. I'm sure that's more than enough power to make a car with a '73 Chevelle's brakes and tires terrifyingly fast, though. :)
