Ah, thanks. And Mat got back to me with a rundown of what the other things do, too.

The unit is old enough that it doesn't have polarized outlets, so I'm probably not going to be using the timer functions for anything, but still, it's nice to know how it's supposed to work. (And be able to set the clock. :)
