   I think that's the crux of it - when you're a child, you have the option of saying, "I have no idea how to do this, I'll let the adults figure it out." Once you're an adult, you're basically stuck figuring it out for yourself. That said, I'm pretty sure that as long as you get up every day with the intent to figure things out and then don't actually give up (even if you're not successful on any given day), then you're Adulting better than a large chunk of people...

That, and anybody who says they've got it all figured out is most likely a) lying, b) delusional, c) stupid or d) oblivious. I suppose it's possible that they actually have figured it all out, but I have my doubts.
