"More vit zee fan art... Kaitlyn"

Hmm... more charcoal. It's faster than ink! Yay! Of course, it's also messier, less precise, and irritating... but that's okay... I figured out how to erase, making my life much easier. As those of you more familiar with my art can see, I figured that the heavy presence of Utena required a more Utena-esque art style than my usual. Forgive the eyes, please. Regardless, I plan on eventually posting a less Utena-esque version, just because I think I can draw better that way... This picture is completely straight up (except a tiny, tiny modification), so you can see pencilling lines. If someone wants to fix that with a decent paint program, I guess they could... I'm not jealous. Just don't delete my awesome mark of coolness. -Craig Why is it that I am the only one in my suite to suffer the ravages of malicious showers? The water apparently has hot and cold flashes, and, worse, on and off flashes, but only for me. Oh, god of showers, why hast thou abandoned me? Is not my soap upon your altar enough to appease thy great hunger? I cannot fit much more, for it is a small altar. I can fit grapes. Would grapes appease thy great wrath? |

For the record, I actually tend to envision Future Imperfect characters in sort of Toshiyuki Kubooka (Lunar games, Giant Robo: The Night the Earth Stood Still) style (as I tend to see FI in a very GR-ish look and feel overall). (The Exile looks more like Cowboy Bebop.) Yes, if you're curious, that does mean that I sometimes get mental images of Utena and her castmates redone in Kubooka's style, which is very odd. :) But this is cool too. >Why is it that I am the only one in my suite to suffer the ravages of >malicious showers? Again for the record, this totally broke me, Zoner and Truss. Especially the part about soap on the altar. --G. -><- Benjamin D. Woops! Wake up before you read forums, or you too will see Kibuki instead of Kubooka... while a very entertaining picture, I think you can see why I thought it difficult to draw... (Kibuki is a style of masked theatre...) I'll adjust to Giant Robo! then. Easily done with future pictures. Glad I could entertain you, glad I lightened your day, and let me get the duct tape, and I'll fix you three... To which your response should be, "No, wait, that's a piece of Zoner!"... -Craig "Still Sleepy" Perko Look my liege! Ohio! Ohio! Ohio! It's only a model... Ssh! Knights, I bid you welcome to your new home. Let us ride to... Ohio! (Song) Euh, on second thoughts, let's not go to Ohio, 'tis a silly place... |

Well done, Sir! This is actually *exactly* how I pictured Kait... wow. -Michael Did they beat the drum slowly, did they play the fife lowly? Did rifles fire over you as they lowered you down? Did the bugles sing the Last Post in chorus? Did the pipes play the Flower of the Forest? |
