RAVEN, NFI NMI (SA11)

SA11 I know, of course. But what does "NFI" and "NMI" stand for? Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere and I just missed it...

I musta missed something here. (It's always the little details I miss. I remember (perhaps incorrectly):
Special Assignment 1 are the Experts of Justice
Special Assignment 7 are the 'gifted but inexperienced,' c.f. Mr. Depew

so... What is SA11?
Yeah, I know is stands for Special Assignment 11...
