   Hello to all. I've been reading UF for a few years, only now getting around to registering. I got here via tvtropes, and have been reading and re-reading since.

I'm something of a scifi and fantasy fan, with nontrivial comics knowledge, though not to any extraordinary extent. I dabble. Oddly enough, I have next to nil exposure to anime and manga, so my entry on that front was rather blind. But I have Google, Wikipedia, and tvtropes, so I'm good.

So, um, hi?
