Based on Dynamo Dan's costume, this is the outfit commonly worn on field assignments by the UF version of Ayla Ranzz after her promotion from the uniformed tactical division to the freestyle Special Assignment level. NOTE: She usually wears her flare goggles pushed up on her forehead, but there's no mechanism for having a character do that in City of Heroes.
