Cap stands 5'9" and is in his early 20s. Gen. Rossum is 5'2" or so tall and about 16. He's an old-school superhero mindful of the legacy of those who have come before (he earned his cape); she's a villain, but she's more of a bandit than a killer or world-conqueror, and she can be quite cheerful, if rather amoral.
