Siberion (formally, Red Star CX-993), the People's Special Arctic Robot Defender, is one of the famous Red Star series of Soviet robots. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, he and most of the other Red Stars were put in storage. They were recently sold on eBay to the U.S. Government, which put them to work defending Paragon City.

Siberion is a very dedicated robot and goes about his work with great diligence.

It is important for a defender of the people to stay informed on current events. Although the Red Stars do have communications systems, they are low-bandwidth, useful mostly for voice communications, and so more conventional methods of information download are normally employed.

Siberion recently received authorization to activate his flight systems. They don't work very efficiently yet, but an upgrade is reported to be in the works.

Although he remains convinced that Soviet Communism was the best and most egalitarian form of government, Siberion understands that the Soviet Union is gone. He now stands as a proud and brave defender of his adopted country, though his love for his Russian homeland remains undimmed.
