Since Mio was already there as shown in the text, am I correct in assuming that its Mio and Minna, who came to join Mio with G since that was where Mio was because Minna had to do that paperwork?

And why do I think that even without Erica's camera she really did put up that sign up sheet?

We've never actually seen it, if she did, but she has at least very seriously considered it. (Insofar as Erica Hartmann ever very seriously anythings. :)
