"Ollie update"
 
   In the continuing saga of shop foreman Ollie's health: on the same day my mother had her TAVR procedure, Ollie had an operation to remove bladder stones. He came through the operation well, though there are indications in his blood work to suggest that he's developed an endocrine disorder that will need attention once he's recovered enough to spend a day or two getting further tests done.

In the meantime, he's at home, getting some rest and presumably enjoying his medication.

As Dad noted when he send me these photos, "what else do you do when they dope you up with pain meds and tie this contraption over your head?"
