"days of past future"
| |
In 1984, Marvel Comics introduced an alternate-universe version of Iron Man who was, if not an outright supervillain, at least a really mean antihero. Described as a descendant of Tony Stark, he came from the unimaginably distant future year of... ... 2020. So, uh... yeah! That happened. If they haven't already (I haven't been keeping track), Marvel needs to do another Iron Man 2020 story where Arno's from six years in the past, rather than doing a Shadowrun and pushing his timeline to, like, 2060 or something. :) --G. -><- Benjamin D. He was hidden since birth due to health conditions from being genetically altered by an alien to stop an incredibly powerful threat destroying the world in 2020. The threat was Arno. His body broke down, and now his mind's in a VR world believing he saved everyone instead of nearly killing them until his disease kills him. The sad bit is, the story that introduced him was good and he was a likeable character. Then Dan Slott happened and he suddenly turned stupid evil. Matrix Dragon, J. Random Nutter |
