Yeah, I don't think there's anyone in today's world that doesn't know of Gaston Glock, if not by name then certainly by his most famous creation, the Glock 17 and the derivatives that has come since.
Even if you're not familiar with, or even firmly anti, firearms, much like the Desert Eagle, the P08 "Luger" and the M1911, the Glock is entrenched in the modern world.

Due to the general interest in firearms, and indeed, Mr. Glocks mention in the "Gun of the Week" channel, I thought it relevant to note his passing.
