I don't know much about Prism, but I don't recall any major issues with them, since their incorporation into Sony, and they've been around since 2019 or 2020. so I think it's safe to say they were one of the better agencies out there. Unfortunate to see them go while other companies like Nijisanji, AkioAIR, and Wactor are still trundling along, but, again, almost everyone is sticking around and everyone is getting their models and whatnot. Shiki has lost her Sony Music contract from it, unfortunately, because it was via Prism. One can only hope that she gets to re-sign independently.
