My first encounter with UF was probably 1992. Some kind soul had posted UF1 and UF2 I think from usenet to a local BBS I frequented at the time. I devoured those and couldn't wait to read more of it. A couple of years later UF kind of fell off my radar for a while, though now I really couldn't say why.

Fast forward to 1998 I'd guess, I finally had real internet access, and my net wanderings brought me to the Eyrie site. I've been here pretty regularly ever since.

I was recently thinking about how long I've been coming here, and decided it was about time I stopped lurking and created an account. So here I am.

Anyways, thanks to Gryphon and the whole Eyrie crew for the years of entertainment. Not that you need my encouragement, but keep up the good work anyways. 8)
