For the record, with the MW4 Mercs Warhammer chassis model available in MekPak 3, it is possible to build Engine 51 as described - two ER PPCs, four ER medium pulse lasers, two Clan MG arrays, and a Streak SRM-6 rack - without screwing with the armor. (You do have to put two of the medium lasers on the arms, though, thanks to the way the designers arranged the hardpoints.) You don't have the greatest heat efficiency in the world? But hell, the original WHM-6R didn't either.

And that, friends and neighbors, is all the research I plan to do on that.
