Well, he is from an Imperial Kilrathi bloodline, as has been mentioned in passing in at least one of his appearances in the Symphony, so the regal note is deserved. Not that he ever acts it. The artwork the icon comes from is by our own Dave Menard, and someday we'll get around to posting it, as it's a neato-keen pic. I suffered weeks of Tony the Tiger jokes from it, but it was worth it.
