Just a bit, though if I were Officer Wilcox, I'd be a little annoyed about that left forearm. Seriously, guys, that was the best you could do? I'm sure his rebuilders would point out that all that arm really has to do is hold his riot shield, and, as such, it doesn't need to be particularly elaborate.

It sure makes typing his reports a pain, though. He's hoping that the next fiscal year's budget will bring enough that he can either get a proper left forearm - or at least a hand - or, failing that, one of those direct computer interface things like Murwell over at the 33rd has.
