(Ursula was in the Suomus Misfits, she was 11 at the time.) Come to think of it, I'm not sure any of the Suomus Misfit Squadron's witches were actually Suomi. Their operations officer was, but she wasn't a witch.

The (very sparse) background info is unclear on whether the witch is actually doing anything to the weapon when shooting it, or if it's just that the ammo is enchanted. (In OWaW I'm proceeding under the assumption that it's kind of bothâthe ammunition is treated to be more receptive to wielder magic.)
