And that drastic decrease in paid tuition vs accredited credits pretty much describes the strength of the state/community/choose your own term system. Heck, if it wasn't for the number of credits that transfered into the 4 'year' system I'd have been carrying about 10 times the amount of debt I eventually had to use my Veteran benefits (and a couple of other programs) to eliminate. >.<;
