As the title suggests, these are the characters I'm playing pretty regularly right now.
Captain Photon, a Mutation Blaster, once hid his mutant status behind a non-functional "battle harness" and pretended to be a Tech hero. Since achieving Security Level 20, he's abandoned that charade. Cap usually works solo or with a long-time partner, Twilight Torch.
The Silver Specter is the Silver Phantom's mentor and a founding member of the original Paragon City Justice Guild, which was founded in 1937. He came out of retirement at the age of 86 to battle the Rikti during the war. They made short work of the elderly hero, but Paragon City medics using captured Rikti technology not only managed to save his life, but restored his youth. He's very rusty, essentially starting over from scratch, but he's determined to use his new lease on life to take up the fight for justice once more.
The Silver Specter is a classic 1930s Mystery Man - he has no actual superpowers. He's a Natural Scrapper with martial arts and super reflexes.
