Holy crap, I can't...heh...I can't imagine..not being able to form mental pictures. It's such a core mental thing that it's...impossible to think of life otherwise. And she's such a great artist without it?? Holy frick.

A bit counterintuitively, it seems like it's not that unusual for aphantasics to become graphic designers and/or artists. I've seen it described as similar to thinking out loud--they can't picture things in their heads, so they let their hands do it on paper/drawing tablet instead.
