So, this version of Lex Luthor might still be a jerk, but looks like he didn't go full super-villain, and maybe just didn't get along with Superman, because they're just the sort of people that wouldn't.

I love the bit about how, by this point, plenty of folks in Metropolis know who Clark is, but they don't give him too much grief about it.
